Preston wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you want to return an item for any reason, we will gladly exchange or credit any item that is in new and unused condition. Preston does not charge restocking or re-handling fees, however, we ask that you ship the returned items back to us. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days from your invoice date and should be accompanied by the original packing slip/ order number and the Merchandise Return Form. Your credit card will be credited upon processing of the return. Please allow 10 to 12 business days from the time your return is received for us to process your return or exchange. It is recommended to ship all returns back with a tracking number.
